TVPalm propose des séjours en écolodge dans l'esprit du tourisme régénératif et des voyages d'aventure privés à Ha Giang et dans le Nord du Vietnam.

Nous pensons que le voyage doit laisser la terre et ses habitants en meilleur état que nous les avons trouvés. C'est pourquoi chaque séjour et chaque sentier sont conçus pour restaurer la forêt, soutenir les familles dao par l'intermédiaire d'une coopérative locale et garder l'expérience authentique.

Aucun plastique à usage unique. Environ 80 % de nos produits cultivés sur place, dans notre jardin biologique. Petits groupes uniquement (8 personnes maximum). Construit et tenu par des gens d'ici.

TVPalm Ecolodge

Le TVPalm Ecolodge se trouve sur les pentes du Tay Con Linh, à Ha Giang (qui fait désormais partie de la province de Tuyen Quang). C'est un endroit calme, entouré de forêts et de vallées, construit avec des matériaux naturels et tenu avec la communauté locale. Nous proposons un rythme de vie plus lent, des repas issus de notre propre ferme biologique et un accueil simple et sincère..

Circuits d'aventure

Nous concevons des voyages hors des sentiers battus dans le Nord du Vietnam, autour des treks et de la faune sauvage du Tay Con Linh, terrain sauvage et préservé, ainsi que des célèbres boucles de Ha Giang et de Cao Bang. Nos expéditions en petit groupe, menées par des guides expérimentés, donnent la priorité à la sécurité, au respect de la nature et à de vraies rencontres avec les communautés locales : nous vous emmenons bien au-delà des itinéraires habituels.

Dit was echt een fantastische ervaring. We verbleven 3 nachten in de Ecolodge. Dit is een verborgen parel die je niet mag overslaan als je van de natuur houdt. Het personeel was heel relaxed en hulpvaardig. We boekten ook de Ha Gaing loop tour van 2 dagen en hadden de tijd van ons leven. Een aanrader!

 Vérifié Nice eco lodge - higher end tour prices
Nice eco lodge - very remote location with great views. Good hiking access. Great kitchen for breakfast and dinner. We booked tours thorough them and would caution others about their price/value proposition. (The 8/10 score is for the ecolodge which we really did enjoy). Please note that I raised the concerns noted below and management was very responsive and took full responsibility for the shortcomings of the provided guide. They also provided a partial refund and really seemed to listen to my (hopefully) constructive feedback. We booked a one day hiking tour that was good with a well informed English speaking guide however the price was simply outside of anything else we have arranged in Vietnam. (2-4x). Having made similar arrangements in Sapa and Ninh Binh and Cat Ba - the price was difficult to justify. . (90 usd pp). Competition for hiking tours in the area is light - which is a huge opportunity for the company that will get it done well. This lodge is perfectly placed for wonderful hikes. 4 day 3 night ha giang loop tour - this I knew was on the very high end of price range when I booked but I thought that perhaps the advertised “high quality” tour would translate into a very professional and skilled guide and a smoother experience. Our guide, Kai, was “fine” and we did move safely around the loop to my preferred (and self booked) accommodation. Please note that We loved doing the loop - however, our “Informed, English speaking professional guide” left a lot to be desired. We waited for him 2/4 mornings (he simply didn’t get up in time), at a number of rest breaks to finish cigarettes and drinks after spending the first 10 minutes taking his own photos. 2 of the specific stops on the first day (planned and not impromptu) he had zero information about. For ethnic weaving he simply said that it had a lot of steps and he didn’t know what the were, and for the “film” location he said they made a movie there - did he know more? Nope. The equipment was good, safety equipment provided and we had very nice helmets compared to most if the others we saw during out 4 day journey. Overall, I was impressed with the response of management to their shortcomings. I do hope that they get their price/value in line with their very good eco lodge experience.

Lieu extraordinaire ! Un hébergement loin du bruit de la ville. Avec une vue époustouflante sur Hagiang et les montagnes autour. Après avoir fait la loop d'Hagiang, il faut absolument venir se ressourcer ici ! Les propriétaires et le staff sont adorables et la nourriture délicieuse.... Les chambres sont petites mais très confortables et on vous attribue une salle de bain personnelle dans la mesure du possible ( il y a 8 salles de bain)

We joined the Tay Con Linh Mountain Climbing tour in Ha Giang organized by Tvpalm, Vietnam, which was an unforgettable experience. As the highest mountain in northern Vietnam, it has breathtaking views and rich biodiversity. Nhóm mình rất hài lòng về cách phục vụ cũng như vị trí và mọi trải nghiệm tại đây. Các anh chị nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và đồ ăn cũng ngon miệng, phong cách phục vụ khá chuyên nghiệp, bài bản. Mùa hè đến đây nóng quá còn có bể bơi để ngâm mình, 10 điểm luôn. Nhóm tham gia tour đi bộ một ngày tới Trà Tuyết Sơn ở Làng Nà Thác, Núi Tây Côn Lĩnh. Ui lên đây chỗ nào cũng rừng núi, mà còn toàn là núi cao ngút ngàn luôn,cộng thêm rừng rậm xanh mát và thác nước kỳ vĩ tạo nên một trải nghiệm khó quên. We stayed here for 2 nights before doing a 2-day Ha Giang loop. The loop was also organized by TVPalm, including an overnight stay in Dong Van. Picking up at Hanoï Airport and dropping off in Hanoï after the loop was also well organized. In short, highly recommended.

I can't express how much we loved our stay here! It was an absolute sanctuary and if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and beautiful - you have found it! We stayed here for 2 nights before the Ha Giang loop and 1 night after, it was the perfect place to rest and unwind. The gardens were stunning, so many flowers and I have never seen so many butterflies, the view of the mountains, the pool and the beautiful stone buildings were incredible. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic. They have a lovely small team - Chloe and Kien were incredible, they really looked after us and were just so lovely - we were sad to leave them! Chloe helped organise our transfers from Hanoï and organised a private tour for the Ha Giang loop, and also took us on a hike to a nearby village. Kien also took us through their vegetable garden. They were so warm and welcoming. They even organised a birthday cake for me on our last night (my birthday was while we were riding the loop - they must have noticed on my passport) this was such a kind gesture and a really special memory. Everything was perfect. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable.The lodge is about 30 minutes from Ha Giang town, it's a beautiful drive/ride there. We also went to a great swimming hole nearby. You will not regret staying here! We will definitely be back one day. Our Ha Giang tour was extremely well organised, we were often the only ones on the road/at our stops - our guides avoided any crowds and were very professional and friendly, the food and accomodation were great and we felt really safe on the bikes and looked after the whole time. We went to waterfalls and on hikes where it was just us there and had an overall absolutely amazing experience.

We were going to stay for one night at the Palm ecolodge in Ha Giang. When we arrived we had a swim in the pool and enjoyed the amazing view of the mountains that were visible from the terrace. After some time my girlfriend got a severe food poisoning.. The staff came to check often and did all that was necessary to help us. We needed an ambulance and Chloë and Kiên from Tv Palm called the doctors, ambulance and translated everything for us. They even joined us in the ambulance to the hospital and stayed the whole night to translate, communicatie with the hospital staff and assist us with every question we had. They did more than we could ever imagine and for that we are incredibly thankful. Thank you TV palm but especially Chloë and Kiên for their Incredible help. Words can't describe how grateful we are!

We had an absolutely incredible time here. There are honestly no words that can fully describe how peaceful, relaxing, energizing, and completely timeless this place feels. From the very first moment, it felt like stepping into another rhythm of life — one centered around nature, calm, and genuine presence. What made the experience even more special was the extraordinary kindness of the staff, especially Tian, whose warmth and care truly left a lasting impression on us. We also got incredibly lucky and had almost the entire place to ourselves, which made the silence, the views, and the connection to nature feel even more magical. Everything was exceptional — the comfort of the rooms, the beauty of the surroundings, the incredible food, and the overall atmosphere of serenity throughout the stay. This was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had the chance to enjoy. Thank you for everything. This place is truly something special.

I had a wonderful stay at TVPalm Ecolodge with my family and it truly deserves a 5-star review. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and designed in a simple but charming style. The host Mr. Trung and staffs Mr. Tuyen, Ms. Hinh and Mr. Kien are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give recommendations and make guests feel welcome. The dinner was very very delicious, especially the local dishes. They own their farm with a lot of vegetables, best choice for vegetarians and vegen🙌 Another interesting thing is that this ecolodge offers different tour in Ha Giang for guests: trekking, visiting local villages, and exploring the beautiful surrounding landscapes Ha Giang Loop. It’s a great way to experience the local culture and nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay. I would definitely love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ecolodge. Trung was an exceptional host and organized everything for us smoothly and reliably, from transfers to a fantastic one-day Happiness Road motorbike tour with excellent, professional drivers. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The views are stunning, and the buildings are thoughtfully designed and tastefully furnished, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. We especially enjoyed the personal tour through the lovingly maintained garden — you can really see the care and passion behind the place. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'atmosphère du lieu. Lors de ma visite, le brouillard était assez épais, mais les belles fleurs donnaient au paysage un charme tout particulier. Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est l'espace d'attente, décoré de céramiques venues des célèbres villages artisanaux traditionnels du Vietnam (village de Bat Trang)

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Me and my partner needed a little adventure to try out our bikes, and found this on google maps. The road up to the venue is an easy ride, well maintained. The ride up to the venue is a little bit more challenging, due to some steep inclines and the road being made of stones. But that is definitely not a negative. Because it is well worth it. We arrived at the top. And was immediately welcomed and made to feel right at home, offering cold filter watered on arrival. We came for a drink, we ordered an ice Vietnamese coffee and seasonal smoothie, and both were fantastic!! The smoothie being made from mangos grown at the property!! We sat at the deck and just took in the beautiful scenery. We stayed for 2 hours enjoying more and more drinks and the views. Just wishing we were staying the night. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! During our stay we had the place to ourselves. And I hope than changes. BECAUSE EVERYONE SHOULD VISIT!!! Worth the trip!!

We had such an amazing stay! The accommodation is quite secluded, which makes it absolutely perfect for nature lovers. It’s peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The pool was super clean and very well maintained. Our room had a beautiful wooden style – very cozy and warm – and the tiled stove was incredibly cool and unique. The host was honestly the best we’ve ever had. So welcoming and generous – we even received homemade jam for free! Almost all the food was grown by them and freshly cooked, which made everything taste even more special. We also got a lovely tour of the garden, which we really enjoyed. The staff were fantastic as well – super friendly and attentive. We would definitely love to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

Nous sommes tombés sur ce bel endroit pendant une randonnée — une très jolie randonnée d'ailleurs, surtout si vous prenez l'un des sentiers qui partent de la petite route vers les rizières et les champs de thé de montagne. C'est un endroit absolument merveilleux ! Je le recommande vivement : ce n'est pas seulement un beau café avec une vue superbe et un air frais et pur, on peut aussi y loger confortablement si l'on souhaite rester plus longtemps. On monte facilement en taxi, puis on finit par une courte marche de 10 minutes. Je vous le promets, une fois sur place, vous n'aurez plus envie de partir !

It's an amazing spot to have a great view of Ha Giang and to take cute pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food here is delicious. The bar is located at TV Palm Ecolodge. I added the photo of the entrance at the bottom of the hill to help anyone else who comes here. I'll be back here next time I'm in Ha Giang.

 10Vérifié ☺Nous devions passer une nuit au Palm ecolodge, à Ha Giang. À notre arrivée, nous nous sommes baignés dans la piscine et avons profité de la superbe vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse. Un peu plus tard, ma compagne a été victime d'une grave intoxication alimentaire. Le personnel est venu prendre de nos nouvelles souvent et a fait tout le nécessaire pour nous aider. Il nous fallait une ambulance : Chloë et Kiên, de TV Palm, ont appelé les médecins et l'ambulance, et ont tout traduit pour nous. Ils sont même montés avec nous dans l'ambulance jusqu'à l'hôpital et sont restés toute la nuit pour traduire, communiquer avec le personnel hospitalier et répondre à chacune de nos questions. Ils ont fait bien plus que tout ce que nous aurions pu imaginer, et nous leur en sommes infiniment reconnaissants. Merci à TV Palm, et surtout à Chloë et Kiên, pour leur aide incroyable. ☺We had the most beautiful stay at TV Palm ecolodge. Chloe and Kian were so helpful throughout the stay and made us welcome. The views were incredible and the room felt so cozy. The journey up by taxi was fairly easy but not very accessible if you are trying to avoid taxis. 
The restaurant room was gorgeous & the balcony bar had amazing views!
We also went to an ancient tea house whilst we were here and had a great experience.

☺Nous avons apprécié l'environnement (au milieu de la nature, au calme, avec une très belle vue sur les rizières et les montagnes), l'équipe à nos petits soins, et le concept écoresponsable de l'établissement (de petite taille,, employant les populations de villages alentours, aliments provenant du jardin, piscine alimentée par une source...)

☺If you like to have a memorable & remarkable trip in Ha giang, you have to stay at least one night in this place. It's on the high mountain, about 990m completely isolate in a beautiful eco green area, so ethnic in character. Nature explorer can not skip this place and the way to TV Palm is one of the most beautiful. Also we were welcoming by Chloé, a nice, warm and attentive receptionist. Pourquoi le Tay Con Linh est-il connu ?

Le Tay Con Linh est le plus haut massif du Nord-Est du Vietnam. Il est connu pour ses forêts anciennes, ses sommets dans les nuages, sa faune variée et ses villages authentiques de minorités ethniques. C'est l'un des treks les plus préservés de Ha Giang.

Quelle est la meilleure période pour venir au Tay Con Linh ?

Les meilleurs mois vont de septembre à novembre, pour le ciel dégagé et les rizières en terrasses dorées, et de mars à mai, pour la douceur du temps et la verdure. On peut randonner toute l'année, à condition de bien se préparer.

Faut-il avoir déjà fait du trekking ?

Non. TVPalm propose des itinéraires pour les débutants, les randonneurs de niveau intermédiaire et les marcheurs expérimentés. Nos guides vous conseillent l'itinéraire le mieux adapté à votre condition physique.

Le trek du Tay Con Linh est-il difficile ?

Selon l'itinéraire, la difficulté va de modérée à exigeante. Certains sentiers comportent des montées raides et des passages en forêt, mais nos guides locaux expérimentés veillent à ce que le parcours se fasse en sécurité et dans de bonnes conditions.

Peut-on loger chez des familles locales ?

Oui. Beaucoup de nos circuits comprennent des nuits chez l'habitant authentiques : vous partagez des repas traditionnels, découvrez les coutumes locales et vivez le quotidien des communautés ethniques.

Que faut-il emporter ?

Nous conseillons de bonnes chaussures de randonnée, des vêtements légers, une veste de pluie, de la crème solaire, un répulsif anti-insectes et un petit sac à dos. Les bâtons de marche sont aussi utiles sur les sentiers de montagne.

Le Tay Con Linh convient-il aux familles ?

Oui. Les familles avec enfants peuvent profiter de balades plus faciles dans la nature, de visites culturelles et de séjours en écolodge. Les itinéraires de trekking plus exigeants sont conseillés aux voyageurs actifs.
