Verborgen parel Dit was echt een fantastische ervaring. We verbleven 3 nachten in de Ecolodge. Dit is een verborgen parel die je niet mag overslaan als je van de natuur houdt. Het personeel was heel relaxed en hulpvaardig. We boekten ook de Ha Gaing loop tour van 2 dagen en hadden de tijd van ons leven. Een aanrader!

Small Group, Big Adventure We wanted an intimate experience, and this tour gave us exactly that. The eco-lodges were beautiful, the equipment was new, and our guide was fantastic. Plus, the views from the lodge were absolutely amazing.

A trip worth every penny and every moment The service quality was excellent, just as advertised. With a private tour, there was no pressure with timing. All the gear, transport, and facilities were new, clean, and well-maintained. It was a truly memorable journey. I love it so much

Nice eco lodge - higher end tour prices Nice eco lodge - very remote location with great views. Good hiking access. Great kitchen for breakfast and dinner. We booked tours thorough them and would caution others about their price/value proposition. (The 8/10 score is for the ecolodge which we really did enjoy). Please note that I raised the concerns noted below and management was very responsive and took full responsibility for the shortcomings of the provided guide. They also provided a partial refund and really seemed to listen to my (hopefully) constructive feedback. We booked a one day hiking tour that was good with a well informed English speaking guide however the price was simply outside of anything else we have arranged in Vietnam. (2-4x). Having made similar arrangements in Sapa and Ninh Binh and Cat Ba - the price was difficult to justify. . (90 usd pp). Competition for hiking tours in the area is light - which is a huge opportunity for the company that will get it done well. This lodge is perfectly placed for wonderful hikes. 4 day 3 night ha giang loop tour - this I knew was on the very high end of price range when I booked but I thought that perhaps the advertised “high quality” tour would translate into a very professional and skilled guide and a smoother experience. Our guide, Kai, was “fine” and we did move safely around the loop to my preferred (and self booked) accommodation. Please note that We loved doing the loop - however, our “Informed, English speaking professional guide” left a lot to be desired. We waited for him 2/4 mornings (he simply didn’t get up in time), at a number of rest breaks to finish cigarettes and drinks after spending the first 10 minutes taking his own photos. 2 of the specific stops on the first day (planned and not impromptu) he had zero information about. For ethnic weaving he simply said that it had a lot of steps and he didn’t know what the were, and for the “film” location he said they made a movie there - did he know more? Nope. The equipment was good, safety equipment provided and we had very nice helmets compared to most if the others we saw during out 4 day journey. Overall, I was impressed with the response of management to their shortcomings. I do hope that they get their price/value in line with their very good eco lodge experience.

Un havre de paix avec vue sublimissime Lieu extraordinaire ! Un hébergement loin du bruit de la ville. Avec une vue époustouflante sur Hagiang et les montagnes autour. Après avoir fait la loop d'Hagiang, il faut absolument venir se ressourcer ici ! Les propriétaires et le staff sont adorables et la nourriture délicieuse.... Les chambres sont petites mais très confortables et on vous attribue une salle de bain personnelle dans la mesure du possible ( il y a 8 salles de bain)

Incrediblely! We joined the Tay Con Linh Mountain Climbing tour in Ha Giang organized by Tvpalm, Vietnam, which was an unforgettable experience. As the highest mountain in northern Vietnam, it has breathtaking views and rich biodiversity. Tuyệt vời Nhóm mình rất hài lòng về cách phục vụ cũng như vị trí và mọi trải nghiệm tại đây. Các anh chị nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và đồ ăn cũng ngon miệng, phong cách phục vụ khá chuyên nghiệp, bài bản. Mùa hè đến đây nóng quá còn có bể bơi để ngâm mình, 10 điểm luôn. Nhóm tham gia tour đi bộ một ngày tới Trà Tuyết Sơn ở Làng Nà Thác, Núi Tây Côn Lĩnh. Ui lên đây chỗ nào cũng rừng núi, mà còn toàn là núi cao ngút ngàn luôn,cộng thêm rừng rậm xanh mát và thác nước kỳ vĩ tạo nên một trải nghiệm khó quên. Kiểu đi biết bao xa mà quay lại nhìn bên kia vẫn lưng chừng núi. Đẹp đỉnh luôn mọi người ạ!
