Health declaration for treks and walks

Our treks run on remote mountain trails in Tay Con Linh. Knowing your health before you arrive lets your guide plan the pace, carry the right first aid and act fast if something happens. Answering “Yes” to a question does not mean you cannot join — it means we talk first.

Please send this form no later than 7 days before departure. Booking at short notice? Send it as soon as you can. One form per guest. If your health changes after sending it, tell us before the trip starts.

We do not accept pregnant guests on the Tay Con Linh summit treks or on multi-day treks. Guests over 65 need a doctor's certificate of fitness for all treks.

Above about 1,800 m it takes about 3 hours to reach medical help, and phone signal is unstable. Personal travel insurance covering trekking and medical evacuation is required; please email proof at least 21 days before departure.

7. Risks, commitments and consent

Trekking in Tay Con Linh takes place on remote mountain trails with changeable weather. Slips and falls, river crossings after rain, insects and leeches, heat, cold and fatigue cannot be removed entirely. Your guide may slow down, change the route, shorten the day or turn back for weather or anyone's health. TVPalm registers every guest with PVI travel insurance (Inbound 2, up to USD 25,000 per person); it is not a substitute for your own travel insurance. TVPalm is responsible under Vietnamese law for loss caused by its own fault, and not for loss arising from inaccurate health information, from not following the guide's instructions or the law, or from force majeure. Your data is processed under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15) and our Privacy Policy; this form is deleted no later than 6 months after your trip.
