Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you are arriving late from the Ha Giang Loop, please let us know so we can prepare your room and dinner.
Yes! Our kitchen at The Palm Clouds Bar prepares fresh daily meals and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Just notify us upon booking.
We are located in Khuoi My village. We offer private transfers from Ha Giang city center, or you can ride your motorbike directly to our secure on-site parking.
Absolutely. We offer dedicated Family Rooms and our eco-garden is perfect for children to safely explore nature. We can also arrange family-friendly local guided treks.
