Thank you for choosing TVPalm for your experiential journey and retreat. To finalize your tour booking or services at our Ecolodge, please complete your payment using one of the following methods:

1. In-Person Payment at Our Offices

You may visit our representative offices to receive detailed consultation and perform direct payments (via cash or card):

2. Payment via Bank Transfer (ATM/ Visa/ Mastercard, etc.)

This is the most convenient and fastest payment method for long-distance or international guests. Please transfer funds using the following details:

Note: After completing the transaction, please send a photo of the receipt via WhatsApp (+84 366 885 955) or Email so that our staff can confirm and issue your Booking Confirmation.

3. Online and WhatsApp Payments (For Tailor-made Tours)

For customized itineraries or international clients, TVPalm supports flexible payment methods:

  • Secure Payment Link: We will send a secure online payment link via WhatsApp/Email for payments using international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).
  • On-site Payment: For additional services incurred at the Ecolodge (dining, herbal foot baths, room upgrades), you can pay directly at the reception desk via cash or card.

4. Important Notes

  • VAT Tax: A 10% VAT charge applies for customers requesting a Value Added Tax invoice.
  • Identity Verification: Due to the specific nature of trekking tours in Tay Con Linh, which require border area permits, please provide your passport/ID information immediately after payment so we can finalize the procedures.
  • Sustainability Commitment: 20-30% of the revenue from your payment is contributed to our fund for supporting indigenous communities and reforestation projects in Ha Giang.
