– TVPalm experiences are designed for travelers with a moderate level of physical fitness.
– Children aged 6–15 are recommended to join by private car rather than motorbike.
– Easy Rider motorbike experiences are generally suitable for travelers aged 16–60.
– Safety briefings are conducted throughout the journey.
– Guides carry first aid equipment and are familiar with emergency support points along the route.
– Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.
Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy
– A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
– Guests cancelling 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund, excluding non-refundable transaction or deposit fees.
– Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before departure receive a 70% refund.
– Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before departure receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
– Bookings may be postponed free of charge if requested at least 15 days before departure.
– Confirmed reservations may be transferred to another traveler up to 3 days before departure.
– In cases of force majeure, including extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, or certified medical emergencies, TVPalm may provide flexible postponement options or partial/full refunds depending on the situation.
– All amendment requests must be submitted in writing.
– TVPalm reserves the right to adjust policies when necessary due to operational conditions or local regulations.
Children Policy
At TVPalm Adventure, we are delighted to welcome families to explore the majestic landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Ha Giang and the Tây Côn Lĩnh region. Our child policy is built on the principles of safety first, transparency, and creating suitable, enjoyable experiences for every age group.
We understand that every family has different needs. Therefore, our policy offers flexibility while taking into account the realities of adventure tours on rugged mountainous terrain.

– Safety First: Adventure tours in Ha Giang involve mountainous paths and outdoor activities. Children must be in good health (doctor’s confirmation is strongly recommended for those under 6). TVPalm Adventure will provide maximum support, but we cannot accept liability for issues arising from participation in activities unsuitable for a child’s fitness level.
– Bedding and Meals: Shared bedding incurs no extra charge. Extra beds are subject to a 20–30% surcharge (depending on homestay availability). Standard meal price is 150,000 VND per serving, with portions and spice levels adjustable for children.
– Family promotions: Groups of 4 or more (including at least one child) receive an additional 5–10% discount. Children aged 12–16 receive a 20% discount when travelling with family (from January 2026).
– General Conditions: All children must carry valid identification (passport or birth certificate). Children under 6 years require a 1:1 adult supervision ratio. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all family members.
