At TVPalm Restaurant, we don’t just source ingredients; we grow them. 100% of our organic fruits and vegetables come directly from our Eco Garden, where we tend and harvest everything from medicinal herbs to the papaya and mango on your plate.
We take pride in our self-sufficiency. Our seasonal orange marmalade, pineapple jam, and peach syrup are all handcrafted using fruit grown right here at TVPalm Ecolodge.
For meat and fish, we partner exclusively with the Tây Côn Lĩnh Sustainable Tourism Cooperative. Together, we maintain a strict standard of zero chemicals and full traceability. This isn’t a marketing pitch, it’s a daily commitment to the soil, the community, and the meal on your table.
You are always welcome to take a short walk through our garden to see how we restore the land. Here, every meal is a quiet expression of care for the environment and for your well-being.
