About TVPalm

TVPalm Ecolodge is built on a clear belief: travel should not simply take, but create lasting value for nature and local communities. Located in Khuổi My, it offers a nature-based stay shaped by low-impact design, local materials, and a quieter way of experiencing the mountains. The approach began in 2019, before the ecolodge welcomed its first guests, when a small group of us walked the slopes of Tây Côn Lĩnh carrying young saplings. We did not come to impose change, but to work alongside Dao and Tày communities who had long depended on the forest for their livelihoods. Instead of asking them to stop, we explored a different path together sharing thousands of native trees, encouraging the forest to rest and regenerate, and gradually building alternative income through organic farming and responsible tourism. What exists today is not a finished result, but part of an ongoing process where the landscape and community recover together.

TVPalm Adventure extends that same philosophy into the journeys we design across Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, and Tay Con Linh. Each trip is intentionally kept small in scale, guided by local people, and routed through less-traveled paths to reduce pressure on the land. Safety standards are clearly defined, but the focus goes beyond logistics. The aim is to create experiences where travelers do not simply pass through, but take the time to understand the places they move within: its people, its rhythms, and its realities. Through this, travel becomes not just a visit, but a more grounded and meaningful exchange.
