After having breakfast, you departure from the TVpalm ecolodge & Tour, walking down to Na Thac village – a Dao Ao Dai village with a history of more than 300 years. You will visit the family tea factory, learn about the daily life of the local, whose owners have settled on the eastern slopes of Tay Con Linh peak. In addition to cultivating one crop of rice on terraced fields located far and wide on the mountain slopes, they also grow precious medicinal plants such as Tam That (False gingsen or Hymalayan gingsen), Cardamom, Khoi Nhung (Ardisia Sylvestris Pitard) and especially Snowshan tea (shan means mountain)
This is a very rare type of tea. The snowshan tea tree in Ha Giang is a clean type of tea, grown at an altitude of 800 m or more above sea level, where the climate is cool all year round. This is a natural, clean growing environment with absolutely no human care, creating an excellent and rare source of raw materials for specialty tea pots. Ha Giang Snowshan tea varieties are mainly two varieties of big-leaf and small-leaf Snowshan tea. These are usually ancient tea trees that are several decades or up to several hundred years old and are considered one of the ancestors of the tea tree, carrying many rare genetic resources.
It can be affirmed that Ha Giang Snowshan tea has special flavor and value. In addition to completely
characteristics, such as lots of snow. On each tea bud, the tannin and mineral content is high, so the tea is green, sweet and very hydrating.
After visiting the tea factory, we will climb the tea hill of Na Thac village, the beautiful, green and cool natural scenery all year round will admire your eyes. You will breathe fresh air amidst the majestic nature of Tay Con Linh mountains and forests.
At noon, we will stop at a local camp to rest and have lunch.
After having lunch and short break, we will visit snowshan tea forest.
Return to the TVpalm ecolodge at 17:00pm.
