  1. Payment methods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    TVPalm accepts the following payment methods. All prices are quoted in USD. VND payment is accepted at the exchange rate on the date of payment.<\/p>\n

    PayPal fees are charged to the guest. We recommend Wise or Revolut to keep more of your money for the trip.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Card payment (Online)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      We send a secure payment link via WhatsApp or email for payments using Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. A processing fee of 2.7\u20133.0% applies. The same 2.7\u20133.0% fee applies to card payments via the POS machine on-site at TVPalm Ecolodge or the Hanoi office.<\/p>\n

      Cash or Card (On-site)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Pay in person at TVPalm Ecolodge (Khuoi My, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang) or our Hanoi office (667 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho). Cash (USD or VND) and card accepted.<\/p>\n

      For additional on-site services at the Ecolodge (dining, herbal foot bath, room upgrade), pay directly at reception.<\/em><\/p>\n

      2. Booking confirmation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      A booking is confirmed only after TVPalm receives the required deposit and sends written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.<\/h4>\n
