      Health, Safety, and Practical Travel Information \u2014 <\/strong>for trekking, hiking, motorbike tours, remote-area travel, family travel, or tailor-made journeys, we may ask for limited information about fitness level, relevant medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, or riding experience. Used only to assess suitability, prepare responsibly, reduce avoidable risks, and support your journey with appropriate care.<\/p>\n

      Communication Information \u2014 <\/strong>when you contact us through our website, email, WhatsApp, social media, booking platforms, forms, or other channels, we may keep the relevant communication content so we can understand your request, respond accurately, follow up properly, and maintain service continuity.<\/p>\n

      Payment, Invoice, and Transaction Information \u2014 <\/strong>deposit records, payment confirmations, invoice details, refund information, billing address, tax-related information, and related transaction records. Where card or online payment services are used, payment data is normally processed by the relevant payment provider.
